Residential and Commercial Real Estate  Lending Experts

OptimumBank's lending activities focus primarily on commercial real estate and residential real estate loans. We also offer commercial business loans, construction loans, and consumer loans on a limited basis.  The Bank lends money primarily in South Florida.

Commercial Real Estate Loans

Commercial real estate loans will be made primarily to finance existing owner-occupied facilities.  In addition, loans on existing apartment buildings or other investment type properties such as small strip shopping centers, hotels and motels will be made for financially sound, credit-worthy borrowers with a proven track record and operating results.  The Bank may also finance the construction of residential real estate to well-known builders and developers.

Residential Real Estate Loans

The Bank will originate various types of single family residential mortgages such as conventional loans, non-conventional, and jumbo loans. 

Construction Loans

Construction loans will be offered on a limited basis to finance the construction of owner-occupied residences for our customers.  From time to time, we will finance the construction of “spec” homes for our good builder customers.
